My son is a US military surgeon in Afghanistan, and he requested some hand held video games to give to the children in the hospital who have bad war injuries. The game is used for incentive to get the children out of bed and into the wheelchairs, therapy etc. He stated it works great, the children love the game and will do what it takes to play with the game.

The sound is very loud so might need to be turned off at work. Otherwise, it's really cute and plays well. I really like it because you actually have to pull the plunger (just like on big pinball) to shoot the ball and the flippers work really well. The screen is kind of small, but that's to be expected on a hand-held game.
I like it!
